SamsonVT announces partnership with IoT SaaS provider Servitly

SamsonVT has announced a partnership with online IoT-based service-oriented software provider Servitly

Based in Italy, Servitly is enabling product manufacturers to embrace ‘servitisation’ – through advanced aftersales monitoring of IoT-enabled machines on its platform. 

This partnership will allow Servitly’s customers easy access to SamsonVT’s AI-empowered anomaly detection solution SamsonBASE through a new plugin available in the platform. 

Businesses will be alerted when SamsonBASE detects anomalies in their sensor data, which may indicate that the health of machine components are deteriorating. They will also receive actionable insights that will enable manufacturers to carry out pre-planned maintenance on machines, and fix problems before they reach the point of failure.

Anomaly detection is helping machine manufacturers to adopt an ‘as-a-service’ business model – as it enables companies to guarantee machine performance levels, minimise costly downtime and repair work, and increase the sustainability of machines.
